Like food with thought – words need thought too and I am learning that at the moment as I embark on radio interviews to promote my book Guide to Fish. I’ve been stumbling and stuttering but it’s getting there – I think….talking about something you’ve put so much time into is nervewracking at first, but when we get to the fish themselves, the Australian Marine Conservation Society and the help they’ve given me and then to the recipes, that’s when everything starts to fall into place and it just becomes fun!
