Yesterday there was alot of Food with Thought and discussion, as I was lucky enough to be on The Conversation Hour on ABC 774 with Ali Moore, her co-host was food stylist and writer, Ross Dobson and the other guest was chef, Adrian Richardson. We all talked about our books, Ross – vegetables, Adrian – meat and Me – The Guide to Fish . We talked the importance of food provenance, of good, reliable suppliers (make friends with your butcher, fish monger and green grocer) and discussed different methods of cooking different produce.
